Salamty by Hiryo: an interactive, trauma-aware 90-minute workshop for children ages 7-11. Through age-appropriate games, role-play and everyday scenarios, participants practice recognizing teasing and bullying, managing emotions, responding assertively without aggression, saying no, setting boundaries, disengaging safely, and seeking help from trusted adults. Not a martial arts or fighting class. Children are not asked to share private experiences. A written parent takeaway is available, with an optional parent briefing by arrangement.
